All deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

All In Studio Appointments: $20 deposit required at booking

All Mobile and Group Mobile Appointments: 50% of total service required to finalize booking

Deposits will apply to the total cost at time of service. Appointments rescheduled within 48 hours will lose their deposit and a new one will be required to reschedule.

For Bring A Friend in studio appointments: In the case that one of the two guests needs to cancel within 48 hours, prepaid deposit will apply to the attending client and a $20 late cancellation fee will be charged using card on file to account for the partial cancellation.

For Group Mobile appointments: Deposit will be calculated based on total number of attendants. If the total number of guests at time of service does not match the total number of guests agreed upon at booking, a $20 fee will apply per number of no-show attendees.

Members and Package purchase: Deposit is required to reserve appointment and will be fully refunded at time of service

At Silk Tan, we pride ourselves in being flexible and keeping an open line of communication with our guests. Implementing these deposit protocols protect our artist and her time. We appreciate your understanding.

Appointment cancellation within 24 hours will be charged 50% of service price. No-shows will be charged full price. Arriving later than 10 minutes past your appointment time will be treated as a no-show therefore will be charged full price and your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Exceptions will not be made if arrival at the wrong location occurs.

Due to limited sizing of both studio locations, please refrain from bringing family friends or children to your appointment unless a Bring A Friend Appointment has been booked and they themselves are receiving a spray tan

Silk Tan accepts cash, credit card, and Venmo as acceptable forms of payment. We do not accept checks at this time. Full payment is due at time of service. Tips are not required but are greatly appreciated. 

Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian at time of appointment. The client must wear a strapless bra/bikini top and bottoms whilst receiving the service. 

Though rare, it is possible for allergic reactions to occur. Safety and client satisfaction is our top priority, and it is highly recommended that clients with known sensitivities receive a patch test and a copy of our solution ingredient list which is available upon request. Refunds are not offered for allergic reactions as every client is responsible for understanding potential risks before booking.
