Policies

Appointment cancellation within 24 hours will be charged 50% of service price. No-shows will be charged full price. Arriving later than 10 minutes past your appointment time will be treated as a no-show therefore will be charged full price and your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Prepaid appointments will not be refunded if arrival at the incorrect location occurs.

Due to limited sizing of both studio locations, please refrain from bringing family friends or children to your appointment unless a Bring A Friend Appointment has been booked and they themselves are receiving a spray tan

Silk Tan accepts cash, credit card, and Venmo as acceptable forms of payment. We do not accept checks at this time. Full payment is due at time of service but can be made online at time of booking if preferred. Tips are not required but are greatly appreciated. 

Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian at time of appointment. The client must wear a strapless bra/bikini top and bottoms whilst receiving the service. 

Though rare, it is possible for allergic reactions to occur. Safety and client satisfaction is our top priority, and it is highly recommended that clients with known sensitivities receive a patch test and a copy of our solution ingredient list which is available upon request. Refunds are not offered for allergic reactions as every client is responsible for understanding potential risks before booking.
